New attacks in Russia as bomb wave hits Dagestan police in wake of Moscow metro terror
12 people are dead and more than twenty people injured after twin explosions struck in a town of Kizlyar in Russia's southern republic of Dagestan. The blasts happened within 20 minutes of each other in Kizlyar, near the Chechen border. In the first explosion, a car exploded near a school as a police car passed by. It's thought there were NO children in the building at the time.
